Vendors

We are no longer able to take vendor/table applications.  

If you already signed up for a table, please note:

*If you are selling anything, you will need to work with the Boise State Bookstore. First, fill out a Retail Sales Exemption Agreemen and return it to the location noted on the form.  Form and instructions can be downloaded here: http://conferenceservices.boisestate.edu/content/documents/policies/merchandising_exemption.doc *

 

If you have not already paid for your $25 tabling fee, you can do so online at https://secure.acceptiva.com/?cst=cb0bab or a check can be mailed to:

This fee is waived for refugees and ECBOs.  

 

Information for vendors:

Location and Check-in:

  • Check in/Set Up Time:  Monday, 7:45am-8:30am, Tuesday, 8:00am-9:00am.  
  • FREE Parking will be available in the Lincoln Parking Structure. The main entrance to the parking structure is located off Belmont St. You may park in any space that is not designated by a sign. You will not need to pay at the pay stations, simply proceed to the Student Union Building.
  • We will have a room for your tabling materials to be left overnight on January 30th.  Boise State University and the Idaho Office for Refugees are not responsible for any items left overnight.  The room will be locked, but leaving your materials is at your own risk.
  • On Tuesday, January 31, all materials should be taken down by 5:00pm.
  • Take all your information and supplies down when you take down your display.  Please dispose of your trash.
  • If you take down your display early, do not leave anything behind on the tables.  Anything left behind will be thrown away
  • We will attempt to accommodate electricity requests.  Please note your electricity need on the application.
