COVID-19 Procedures for the 2022 Idaho Conference on Refugees
We care about the health and wellbeing of our conference goers and all in our community. We are striving to keep the 2022 Idaho Conference on Refugees in-person this year, which means we will set COVID-19 procedures that all registered participants are required to meet.
- COVID-19 safety procedures will be dependent on Boise State University's requirements, national/state/local law, CDC and local health district guidance, best practice, and the state of the community's health.
- Unvaccinated participants are encouraged to attend the Virtual Conference vs In-person Conference to reduce risk of illness.
- These procedures could change closer to the conference dates. They could become more of less strict based on current policies. Registered participants will be required to meet all COVID-19 conference procedures, even if they change after registration.
- If a participant is unable to meet the requirements, they are able to instead participate in the virtual conference.
- Any participants that do not follow Boise State policies while at the in-person conference will be removed from the conference.
Masking Requirements
- Masks are required at all times during the Idaho Conference on Refugees, regardless of vaccination/previous infection/testing status.
- Masks must cover nose and mouth.
- Masks will also be required in all Boise State University areas that the university mandates.
Testing Requirements
- There is currently no testing requirement to attend the Idaho Conference on Refugees. If local, state, or national circumstances change, this could be amended.
Health Statement
- All participants will fill out and sign a health questionnaire when arriving to the conference.
