COVID-19 Policies:
The 14th Annual Idaho Conference on Refugees is currently scheduled to be an in-person event. Requirements for in-person participation will be subject to change based on local, state, and national health trends, official government requirements, and current industry best practice.
By registering for this conference, you agree to all conference COVID-19 policies, including any changes in them closer to the conference date. If you are unable to comply, you can contact conference planners to discuss cancelling your registration.
COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By registering for the conference, you are acknowledging that there is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that you will not be exposed to COVID-19 at the event.
Current requirements can be found on the COVID policies page.
Switch to Virtual:
If you are unable to attend the conference in person, we encourage you to attend remotely via the Virtual Conference. You do not need to contact IOR to attend virtually instead of in-person. If you are unable to attend virtually, please contact Kara Fink at kfink@idahorefugees.org for more options.
Photo & Video Permission:
We will be taking photos and video throughout the conference to be shared on our and our partners' social media, websites, grant reports, and other materials. By registering for and attending the conference, you are agreeing that the Idaho Office for Refugees and its assignees may use these images and videos without compensation.
