During Refugee Restaurant Week, participating restaurants will order produce for the featured dishes from Global Gardens when possible. Global Gardens is a refugee farmer program that strives to involve diverse families in healthy lifestyles and entrepreneurial training. They do so through the cultivation, harvest, cooking, eating, and sales of fresh, healthy produce. Global Gardens connects the food needs of diverse families with resources to grow and market food.
